As it happens, Shaenon has asked me if I can get the archive up, comments included, on narbonic.com. So I’ll be working on that this week, most likely.

I don’t _think_ I have the early Skin Horse comments archived, but it’s entirely possible I do and don’t remember. I’ll take a look.

Thank you SO MUCH for this. I’m incredibly relieved to hear that you have the reader comments as well – those were the part I was most sad to lose, since they don’t seem to exist elsewhere. Can you please post them somehow? Even if it’s just the raw file dump. (On a related note, did you archive the early Skin Horse user comments from WCN as well? I’m worried those might be lost forever too.)

This is something I was really looking for long time and was so happy to read it, but alas, it doesnt work with new google maps and/or Firefox v38.0.1. Any idea or anybody know how to make it work ?

Hi – I have used Gmap to gpx for several years now. It’s great and I thank you. Unfortunately google has now managed to jack their mapping program and made it much harder to use.. Consequently Gmap to gpx no longer works with the new Google maps after creating a map – click on you link – nothing happens.

works for me, but anyway it would be very nice to see a new working version of GMapToGPX soon ;-)

What do you think of the new google maps, its a pain in the a**, am i right ?
