I’ve just recently been made aware of potentially new security concerns around PHP injection attacks, which I took as a reason to make a long over due call. As of today, I give up cforms and lay it to rest. This includes the forum and home page.

Thanks to everyone over the last years, well it’s nearly been a decade now, who has contributed in one way or another. Your input, feedback and support I have greatly valued. Unfortunately, at large the cforms project has failed, certainly from a community perspective.

While I had to gradually cut back on support and development over the last couple of years, cforms was still omnipresent throughout the time and added quite a bit of weight on my shoulders. While I see it go with a tear in my eye, it oddly feels darn good to let go…I’m sure you’ll run into it on github…somewhere, sometime.
