Configure a repository when adding a project. This fixes some really old bitrot and makes me happy. Trac on the plugserver works again! Granted, it's still annoyingly slow and not distributed or self-replicating (cloning the repository doesn't bring the issue list or the wiki along), but it's still an option for self-hosting. Now to put everything on my plugserver again!
