Users should be told files they send while in OTR sessions are not encrypted

Description
Maybe this is not really considered an OTR bug, but IMHO when users are using pidgin-otr in a conversation and do a file transfer they should be notified that the file transfer will not be encrypted.
This is not clear for users and could cause a lot of trouble for them.

Emmapeel and myself discussed this before and I think for now, it's quite a serious issue and we should educate our users about this until we have a way in our specification to send files.
I wouldn't know of a way to catch this event from the top of my head, research is needed.
