Description

Maybe this is not really considered an OTR bug, but IMHO when users are using pidgin-otr in a conversation and do a file transfer they should be notified that the file transfer will not be encrypted.

This is not clear for users and could cause a lot of trouble for them.

Emmapeel and myself discussed this before and I think for now, it's quite a serious issue and we should educate our users about this until we have a way in our specification to send files.

I wouldn't know of a way to catch this event from the top of my head, research is needed.
